Professional Turf Maintenance 

Every artificial turf yard needs scheduled professional maintenance to live its best and longest life. Professional maintenance by our qualified team will not only lengthen the life of your yard, but also increase the turf's value and protect your investment.

We start with an initial power brooming to lift and remove any debris (acorns, leaves, rocks, etc. ). Our qualified team will thoroughly inspect the area for:

• Any depressions, UV damage, and wrinkles.

• areas that may need additional granite or compaction

• Making sure nails are all secured, and adding any nails if necessary. (This does not include large repairs).

• Checking infill levels and ensuring there is the proper amount. If more is needed, this will be addressed with the homeowner.​

After any addiitional repairs are done and infill is spread, we do a final power broom cleaning and disinfect/deodorize the turf using a non-toxic, safe for kids and pets spray. This spray will help eliminate odors from your turf and inhibit any mold/bacteria from growing.
